QLQ-2000/2500/3000

It is widely used to cut granite and marble large-scale material. The stone raw material is on the floor, improving the processing stability and saving the worktable maintenance cost greatly. It is a preferred machine ideal for granite and marble processing.

Features of QLQ-2000/2500/3000(KLD-200/250/300) Bridge-type Large-scale Cutting Machine It adopts a large-span bridge type end beam structure. The principal axis system adopts 2-stage deceleration mechanism, thus increasing the principal axis working torque. The up-down adopts a hydraulic system to carry out stable high-speed cutter raising and low-speed cutter feeding (sawing requirements). The large block can be put directly on the ground, thus increasing the processing stability and saving machine maintenance costs greatly. Usually, QLQ-2000 is by single hydraulic-cylinder up-down. QLQ-2500/3000 has two kinds of up-down form. Double Leadscrew and double hydraulic.
